At Get Your Mike, our goal is to provide every guest with a professional, personal and enjoyable experience. We carefully prepare each service in advance, and we kindly ask our guests to respect the following conditions. Punctuality Please arrive at the agreed meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled starting time. Our services operate according to a schedule, and delays may affect the duration of your experience. If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible. Respect for Your Reserved Time Your booking reserves a specific time, vehicle, photographer, driver or other resources exclusively for you. For this reason, significant delays cannot always be compensated by extending the service beyond its scheduled finishing time. Our Commitment to You We make every reasonable effort to provide the experience exactly as described and at the highest professional standard possible. We value personal service, clear communication, safety, reliability and respect for every guest. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances Some experiences depend on weather, accessibility and local conditions. When circumstances outside our control affect an activity, we will make every reasonable effort to offer a suitable alternative, rescheduling or other solution according to the conditions of the booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellation and rescheduling conditions are displayed during the booking process and may vary depending on the service. Please notify us as early as possible if your plans change. No-Shows & Late Arrivals Failure to arrive without prior notice may be considered a no-show. Late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled finishing time of the service. Tours, Transfers & Waiting Time For private tours and chauffeur services, the vehicle and driver remain at your disposal for the duration specified in your booking. Additional time beyond the booked duration may be subject to availability and an additional charge. Photography & Content Delivery For photography or video services, the number of delivered images/videos, editing, delivery time and other inclusions are specified in each individual service description. RAW/unedited files are not included unless specifically stated. Guest Responsibility & Safety Guests are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions provided by our team.
